Tianjin Development Zone Aojin High-Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Aojin Company) was established in April 1994 and is located in the Tianjin University Science Park of the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone. Its development department is situated on the main campus of Tianjin University. Aojin Company is a high-tech enterprise that integrates research and production, specializing in solutions for artificial intelligence applications in digital medical systems. It is also one of the incubator companies in the Tianjin Development Zone. In 2005, it was approved by the Ministry of Personnel to establish a postdoctoral research station, which has currently graduated 16 postdoctoral fellows. The company welcomes postdoctoral researchers and is always open for talents to join. Additionally, the company has three academicians serving as senior development advisors. In 2023, it was approved as the Tianjin Academician and Expert Collaborative Innovation Center, and four academicians and experts were invited to establish a Human Health Rhythm Analysis Center.
Since its establishment, Aojin Company has formed a team that is full of vitality and constantly striving for progress. All employees of the company share a common spirit and culture: unity, dedication, and development. Aojin Company has developed many medical software projects, including online office automation systems, hospital medical record management information systems, Tianjin Community Medical Emergency Monitoring Network (DICOM), chain pharmacy drug purchase and sales information systems, and Dwell Pharmaceutical Centralized Procurement Bidding Information Management System. Among them, the Dwell Pharmaceutical Centralized Procurement Bidding Information Management System obtained the Tianjin Key New Product Certificate in 2003; the 12-lead synchronous digital electrocardiogram workstation obtained the National Key New Product Certificate; and the Clinical Microbiology Information Management System won the second prize of Tianjin Medical University Science and Technology Achievement Award.

Aokin Company takes the synchronous digital electrocardiogram (ECG) and electroencephalogram (EEG) workstation system as its core product and gradually expands its range. The products independently developed by Aokin Company mainly include a series of medical instruments such as the 12-lead synchronous digital ECG workstation system, ECG Holter, multi-bed telemetry ECG monitor, EEG topography system, multi-sensory music therapy system, sperm motility analyzer, and wrist-type long-term dynamic ECG monitoring display instrument. Among them, the ECG workstation obtained the National Key New Product Certificate in 2001. Aokin Company currently holds 8 new products with domestic advanced level, originality, and pending production, 5 patents, including one PCT, and 7 software copyrights.
In the future, Aojin Company will also develop three major series of intelligent medical electronic products: cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease detection series; physical and mental disease diagnosis and treatment series; and urinary disease diagnosis and treatment series.
In 1995, he took the lead in proposing the "Establishment of Tianjin Citizen Health Service Network - Electronic Medical Record Management System," which received strong support from the Tianjin Health Bureau. His proposal for "Establishing Community Healthcare" was submitted as a People's Congress proposal, and Hexi District and Hedong District took the lead in piloting community healthcare nationwide. In 2001, he also undertook the implementation of the Tianjin Information Port project, the "Tianjin Community Medical Emergency Monitoring Network.".
Aojin Company was the first in the country to propose the establishment of a Tianjin citizen health medical service network and the establishment of community healthcare. It also compiled a report titled "Construction of an Intelligent Electronic Industrial Park in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone - Embedded Systems, Intelligent Medical Equipment R&D Center, and Translation Base" and another report titled "Creating Tianjin Medical Electronic Equipment Group".
Aojin Company will organize production through OEM, utilize modern enterprise operation mechanisms, establish testing and packaging lines, and quickly form large-scale production capacity. Currently, the five-year development plan for Aojin Company has been formulated, laying a foundation for the company's development.
